Originating in the mid 1970's CSL took delivery of the first HP3000 mini mainframe in the UK and the HP3000 has continued as a platform for bureau work since then - more than 30 years.

So our first love and then expertise was in the HP e3000. As such we became the only HP Select Partner for e-Services in the UK.  CSL worked exclusively in the HP e3000 market for 31 years and came to offer the world's leading interoperability products to enhance the performance of your HP e3000 Enterprise Server.

Sadly the end-of-life notice for the HP3000 came some time ago and although there is still a wide community of companies who we do support it is not longer the main part of our business.

In the late 1990's we began our story of providing bespoke application development, to a number of different industries.  These industries included:

• Manufacturing
• Travel
• Insurance
• Warranty
• Distribution
• Construction

Most recently CSL completed a system in the Pensions Administration space.

In 2010 Linkway Software picked up the batton.
